Upon receipt of your enquiry, PT Websites aim to investigate
the needs of the individual, and then provide a free
no-obligation quotation.
Should you decide to proceed with your order, we will then send you
full written details of the project, for your approval prior to any
contract commencing.
Throughout the development of your project, PT Websites maintain
regular correspondence with you (the customer), including regular updates
using your preferred method of contact, to ensure that you are 100%
satisfied with our products and services!
Payment Terms:
PT Websites request a 20% deposit and
all initial set up costs incurred, including any hosting or
stationary costs, prior to any contract commencing.
Once your project is complete, we allow 28 days to receive any
outstanding balance on your account. This period commences upon
completion and delivery of your project.
Should you require a monthly installment plan, PT Websites can offer
this facility subject to status*.
